We specialize in customized products made on order. Product images are for representation only. Actual product may slightly differ due to customization and manufacturing process.
Orders
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified unless processing has not started.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Intellectual Property
All website content including logos, images, text, and designs belong to Hellokart and may not be copied without permission.
User Responsibility
You agree not to misuse the website or engage in any illegal activity using our platform.
Limitation of Liability

📄 Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation and Refund Policy – Hellokart
Since Hellokart deals in customized products made on order, we follow a strict no-return and no-refund policy.
Cancellations
- Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has started.
- Cancellation may be possible only if manufacturing has not begun.
- To request cancellation, contact us immediately after placing the order.
Returns
Returns are not accepted as products are customized.
However, return may be accepted in case of:
- Manufacturing defects
- Wrong product delivered
Return Period
You must inform us within 7 days of delivery with proper photos or videos as proof.
Refunds
If return is approved, refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refund will not be provided for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size selected by customer
- Color variation due to screen difference
- Customized design errors provided by customer
