Cancellation and Refund Policy – Hellokart

Since Hellokart deals in customized products made on order, we follow a strict no-return and no-refund policy.

Cancellations

• Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has started.
• Cancellation may be possible only if manufacturing has not begun.
• To request cancellation, contact us immediately after placing the order.

Returns

Returns are not accepted as products are customized.
However, return may be accepted in case of:

• Manufacturing defects
• Wrong product delivered

Return Period

You must inform us within 7 days of delivery with proper photos or videos as proof.

Refunds

If return is approved, refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refund will not be provided for:

• Change of mind
• Wrong size selected by customer
• Color variation due to screen difference
• Customized design errors provided by customer
